Denmark’s Freddie Klokker has made his second first-class century in Derbyshire’s County Championship match against Warwickshire. Ten Doeschate in the runs again
Dutch international Ryan ten Doeshcate wasn’t playing for the Netherlands as they beat Norfolk today, but has instead been knocking some Cambridge University students around the park with 146 from 147 balls before retiring.

UAE win Division Two.
The UAE have won WCL Division Two after beating Oman in today’s final. Namibia won the third place play-off against Denmark, whilst Uganda finish 5th after beating Argentina.

Oman and UAE through.
Oman and the UAE have secured their place in the World Cup Qualifier in 2009 after beating Namibia and Argentina yesterday. Denmark picked up their first win, beating Uganda. The UAE’s 304 win over Argentina is only the fourth win by more than 300 runs in List A cricket.

Namibia, Oman and the UAE win on day one.
Namibia thrashed Denmark by eight wickets in a match that was over in only just over 50 overs. The two Asian teams, Oman and the UAE also won. My full report is at CricketEurope here.
