Ireland win Under-17s
Ireland won the European Under-17 Championship yesterday, restoring themselves as European Champions at all age-groups after they lost this title to Scotland last year. Scotland were runners-up, Guernsey and the Netherlands shared third place, Denmark finished fifth and Jersey were sixth and last.
The next European tournament is the big one - The European Championship Division One in Dublin, where ODI countries Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands will be joined by Denmark, Italy and newcomers to this level Norway.

Malaysia won by 31 runs, though I’m not all that sure what this has to do with the European Under-17 Championship…
